Dr. McGunagle is an organizational consultant, facilitator, and speaker with more then 20 years experience working with Fortune 1000 companies. Dr. McGunagle mentors, advises, and coaches leaders on key strategy issues that improve market performance and gross profits. An accomplished writer and professional: her publications include The Chinese Auto Industry: Taming the Dragon and Good Boss-Bad Boss: Lessons Learned from Effective and Not-So Effective Managers as well as numerous trade publications. Her educational background includes both a Ph.D. (Organization and Management with a Specialization in International Business) and MBA (Management).
Dr. McGunagle is often called upon to deliver multi-day workshops in self-awareness, communications, team development skills for emerging leaders. Each workshop is customized to meet the clients specific area of concern; many involve the use of personality assessment tools as appropriate to the group’s needs.

A leader in her community, Dr. McGunagle is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County and has been involved in leadership roles with a number of professional and community organizations.
Board Member with Area Agency on Aging: Serving as Chair By-Laws Committee updated and created revisions that provided clear governance for non-profit. Member of Finance Committee, responsible for the stewardship of $11 million Medicare Waiver funds and $28 million Federal and State Funding that ensures seniors in five county areas with the ability to age with dignity in a home environment. As a member of the Planning Committee she is responsible for ensuring a strategic plan and quality assurance plan for our service area. (2000 – Present).
Toastmasters International, District Executive Committee Member: District Officer, providing strategic leadership that focuses on the growth and training of the District. As Area 43 Governor, motive and encourage growth while supporting local club officers. Responsible for by-law issues that effect 223 clubs and 4,738 members of District 47. (2009 – 2010)
